Great place to visit with kids. Lots of activities to keep kids busy and let them experience animals. Staff absolutely doing great job to keep kids entertained by showing hem beauty of simple things such as baking cookies, bread, feeding animals. Additionally lots of space for outdoor sports. Great swimming pool. Spa services highly recommended - really good quality. Hidden gem - food - chef is wizard of Asian cuisine. One of the best ramens I have tried. Fried beef worth trying too.

I am unable to write about the hotel but the spa could be visited by outside guests and is fine. 3 hours was 40z to pay and the pool was okej. Sauna is absolutely fine (2 dry and one wet) is a clean place and jacuzzi was ok. Hot tub outside what fun in the snowy landscape. Yeah is old yeah is need renovation maybe but the spa part is cool to have a swim and relax in sauna.

A modest but really charming hotel. I was there for a few days with my kids and I must admit the time there was great. Children had a lot of fun feeding and playing with animals like goats, rabbits, lamas, a pony, a donkey …|Food was fresh and tasty. The swimming pool with jacuzzi and saunas was awesome. I really recommend this hotel to families with children- lots of activities for them, good food and a safe place to run around. What I miss there is a club for adults to spend time in the evening/ at night. Also the hotel lacks the gym. Despite these flaws, the hotel is great.

Thx Silwia for allowing us to watch the Euro match Holland - Turkey quarter final in the yoga room on the big screen! Really appreciate it! This hotel is in a great location, nice pool, lots of recreational activities, nice bar. The secret behind a great experience or bad experience is always the staff and tonight the staff on duty at reception and the bar made the difference.

Great hotel. Located in a secluded place, near the slope (up to 20 minutes away).|Excellent service - there were no problems with anything. The staff were very nice.|Classes for children during the winter break were great - my daughter especially liked painting mandalas and cups (also thanks to the teacher).|Very well organized wellness zone.|I recommend !

Nice place in the country side. Very good breakfast for a place like this.
