Mövenpick Resort & Spa Karpacz oferuje wygodne pokoje, wspaniałą obsługę recepcji oraz dostęp do siłowni, basyny i strefy dla dzieci. Jednak kuchnia wymaga poprawy - czyszczenie brudnych naczy i ogólna wymiana w dinner experience powinna poprawić.

Great rooms, awesome front desk staff, kitchen needs work - cleaning dirty dishes and overall dinner experience needs some improvement. Pool is great, same for gym facilities and kids room. Over all it was a great stay, just please take a closer look to how dining area works, a bit more is expected from a 5* hotel

Wonderful hotel! Excellent service, beautifully designed, and everything feels luxurious. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. The spa was also amazing. We’ve stayed in similar hotels in Poland, but this one is definitely the best. The only two things I’d like to point out: -The pet fee is 100 PLN per night. In most pet-friendly hotels we’ve stayed at, when we paid a pet fee, we usually received something small for our dog (like a toy, a treat, or a branded travel bowl). Here, you simply pay the fee without any extras. -The water pressure in the shower was extremely weak. I couldn’t even wash my hair properly.

The hotel is luxuriously designed, the rooms, spa, restaurant. All feels very nice. Unfortunately the staff and services are far from 5 star level. The restaurant lacks qualified floor manager who would manage the service. Who knows what was happening in the kitchen but the everage time from the moment we ordered to service of our order was an hour. When we tried to communicate our concerns nobody seemed to care, except for the junior waiter who was the only one doing his job well.

Brand new wellness hotel in Krkonose Mountains. It is stunning how better are the hotels on Polish side compared to Czech ones. Great value for money. The restaurant was more on the gourmet side (rather than hearty meals) but it was nice experience. Once we expressed interest in Polish vodka, a bartender came to give us tasting with his notes, which was very nice. Breakfast was very rich and instagram worthy. Wellness is spaceous and you are offered a mountain of complimentary towels. Overall we paid around 2500 CZK per night and got a service that would cost more than double in Czech. Great value

Booking and apartment - We booked luxury apartment through internet - that was easy. - When we arrived (me, wife and kid in stroller), check-in took some time and to our surprise - we had room in the most distant part of hotel where you had to go through hall on which were stairs in the middle - with stroller - not really good thing - plus it was like 5-10 mins walk from main area where you had to pass several glass doors (that don`t hold - again great with stroller). When we came to reception - staff was nice and changed our room - to our surprise - new room was in main building. Someone would think that when you state in reservation that you have 0-1y old kid that it will be automatic. - Apartment itself was really nice - renovated and we liked it a lot - luxury apartment has two rooms - living room and bedroom, all the equipment that you would think of, bathroom with shower that does not leak - great (it does not happen often lately). :-) Staff - They were really nice, we never encountered anything other than awesome behaviour. Bar and restaurant - Bar was really small, I guess you can fit into hotel several hundreds of guests and this bar had in peak time 1-2 personnel (more would not even fit there) - which I think is bad. I don`t understand why it is so small. - Restaurant itself looked nice, but it was again slow. We had to wait in que during breakfast and dinner and yeah, it was really overcrowded there. - Food was mediocore during dinner, breakfasts were actually really nice. - Awesome thing were non-alcoholic vitamin shots - really awesome idea! - We tried (payed) lunch two times and what we did not understand - there were just 3 main meals, some salads and starters while in the evening (after half-board dinners) had restaurant full menu. It was big disappointment while in menu there was just fish, burger, caulliflower - and mentioned salats + tartar as starter. Kid menues had more varianty than this - we did not understand why large kid menu meals were not also in the menu (wienerschnitzels etc). Chocolate hour - Every day between 15-16 there was chocolate hour which was really interesting and nice - you could pick up variety of sweets at bar - really nice move! Swimming pool area, sauna and massages - Pool area was really nice - not large, but it was okay, there is also swimming pool for little kids, so we were happy about it. There were towels prepared and staff tried to dry the floor most of the time. There was always liveguard present which we really appreciated. - Sauna - some days it was not hot as it should be, some days it was. Part of sauna was also coldbox which I did not try, there was also relax room (saunas were just Finish and Steam one) - Hotel has also heated swimming pool outside which some guests liked - Massages - they are really expensive for Poland (higher prices than in center of Prague) and they were mediocore at most - I would not recommend getting massage for such price. Parking - I think that parking was free of charge right next to hotel - really nice and wide parking - really good one Area surrounding hotel - Kinda nice place, few hundred meters from "town".. We had really bad weather, so we did just one trip there, but I guess you can do a lot there. There are few interesting places like miniature museum etc. Sidewalks are really wide and drivers in Poland let you cross the street in polite fashion. What to recommend to hotel? - Think about where you place guests when they have little kid. - Make lunch in hotel more interesting and offer wider variety of food. - Improve dinner quality. - If possible - enlarge hotel bar (guess that won`t be possible) - Lower prices of massages - Keep good ideas like chocolate hour or vitamine shots - Keep awesome staff - they were super nice!

Good facilities, but very crowded. Staff not ready for fully booked hotel. Request of booking a table for breakfast for certain time is outrageous. Manager and staff making comments behind our backs after refusing to make a reservation very unpleasant. Room service not available “because the restaurant is full” - not sure what kind of excuse that is.. Front desk clerk not sure how to order food, doesn’t know night room service menu which is not available online as he told us and answers: I don’t know… Swimming pool nice but not enough staff to actually keep it in order. Towels everywhere, saunas space not being managed throughout the day. Puddles of water on the floor that nobody cleans, people come in inside the sauna in swimming suits and flip flops and nobody pays attention… Will not be coming back

I recently stayed at Mövenpick Karpacz and was thoroughly impressed. The hotel is modern, clean, and beautifully designed. My room had a cozy mountain view, a well-equipped kitchenette, and a comfy bed. The spa area was a highlight — the outdoor heated pool during winter must be fantastic! Breakfast was rich and delicious, with a lot of local touches, and the daily “Chocolate Hour” was a sweet surprise. Location is perfect — quiet, but close to hiking trails and ski lifts. Staff were warm and professional, always ready to help. Great for both families and couples. Definitely one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in Poland.

We were very disappointed with this hotel. They refused to adjust our reservation even due to our child’s illness. In today’s world, I would expect more understanding and flexibility towards guests. Not recommended. P.S. For clarity: we have written confirmation from the travel agency (original e-mail from Mövenpick) that they did try to reschedule our booking, but the request was declined directly by the hotel.
