Restauracja Hotel Drob

There is a one of few places in Lublin Voivodeship that never let me down regarding food. Food is delicious and tasty every time we go there. Meals are pretty decent and looking at their desserts you feel like you are in heaven!!! For drivers there is fantastic craft non-alcohol, local beer. It is really worth tasting. If you got friends, family, guests, someone from abroad bring them over to Drob restaurant an enjoy your time there!!! I forgot to add that service is polite, helpful and fast. Remember to leave a tip for them!!!

I went for coffee and cake with my wife and my in laws. The place is beautiful I will say that as a positive. However let's get back to the reason for this review. I ordered a cake, rolada bezowa and tart bezowy okrqgly caly. Both presented to us like they had been thrown on the plate. And neither of them we finished due to them being 80% cream. We also ordered a panna cotta, my mother is law was dismayed when she got it to find it presented in a dirty jam jar. My 7 year old daughter could and does present better food. Upon her complaining the server was rude and abrupt. All in all. I don't know how things are in Poland. But we in England like to present out guests with good service and good manners.

Zero stars! The service is a disgrace! After waiting 25 minutes for the menu we left, total disrespectful treatment of the customer! The staff was busy cleaning tables and watching We come here about 4 times a year, and there is always a wait, but if you have to wait 25 minutes for the menu, how long will it take before you get your food? Last time!

Nice restaurant with a small choice menu. Nice dishes although the quality of the food was a little less then usual last time we visited. Service was good and friendly.

I made a room reservation the day before. When I arrived, it turned out that there was no room for me and the staff didn't know anything about it! I didn't even get an apology. Incompetent staff and owners should not be in business. I advise you to avoid it.

I wouldn't say it's a bad hotel, but it's old and some stuff should be changed with the time, such matresses and general decoration of the rooms. Some other details I'll say to improve, like the distribution of the rooms, I couldn't open my bathroom door because there was another piece of furniture hiting this one. Talking about the food no complains, do not expect fancy food but traditional food and cakes are great, you can realy enjoy food that is prepared in real homes in Poland. Just for that I'll recomend you to stop and enjoy a great meal.

We stayed here for a few nights and on the first night there was a wedding reception. Our room was located directly above the wedding venue downstairs and we had no chance to get to sleep after a long day travelling. I made a complaint to the staff that were on that night and asked to speak to the manager, to which i was told nobody was in charge and I could rent a room down the road at the garage.||||I was not happy. We had family staying in two other rooms across the hotel and they had very little sleep also. The room wasnt cleaned while we were there and the rooms were very basic.||||The food was good though.
