Probably the best hotel in Görlitz or and in Polish Görlitz.||Rooms:|Rooms are huge and nice. We slept very well.|Minibar filled for free, complementary water||Facility:|Four parking lots.|Easy reachable.|Close to one of the bridges, 5min walking,||Restaurant:|Very good restaurant, we enjoyed the dinner very very much.||Stuff:|General Manager and stuff very helpful. |We had one night a noise issue, but finally they solved it very professionell and helpful. ||Breakfast:|That’s the minus star.|No Siebtraeger Cappuccino, only kind of machine. You have to use yourself.|The cooking lady was upset - showed it in her face and discussed to the waiter in front of our eyes - when we asked for more fruits and less powder sugar in the oat meal. That’s all but not professional, this lady needs to improve in Customer Service,

it's my first time in this place. a very interesting corner in the city, clearly a very popular restaurant. the food is very tasty, we ordered the standard broth soup, steak tartare for starters, and steak and pasta with shrimps for the main course. everything was served very nicely, the service was also at a high level despite the heavy traffic. this place is near the border, hence the presence of German people. The restaurant has quite a lot of space on the patio, and weddings and other special events can be held downstairs. very nice place, free parking for guests 🅿️, I recommend it with a clear conscience 👏

Stayed a few nights here. Had a great time. Good value. The restaurant was the highlight. Fantastic food. Pizza is some of the best I’ve had in a long time. Salad was great. Wife said her burger was great as well.

Upon entering the hotel/restaurant you are greeted with a friendly face and an ambiance that is a good mix between classic and modern. The rooms were very clean and nicely furnished. You didn't need to bring anything as even a shaving knife and cream was provided. The most memorable however was the restaurant. The dishes were outstanding. We were able to enjoy the carpaccio, grilled octopus, pasta, entrecote, grilled cauliflower and the white chocolate and frozen pineapple desserts. Each dish had its own unique twist and was very balansed in all the different flavours. The shef-kok personally introduced himself to us and it was inmediatly clear that Victor is a young and ambitious shef who has a true passion for the food he prepairs. There is a lot of possible inprovement to be made on the side of the servers however, as some came over as a bit shy and not all entiquettes were followed. However this was understandable as they explained they only just opened business 4 days before our dinner experience. This is surely a restaurant which strives for a high quality experience with a lot of potential and I am curious what they will be able to achieve in the comming years. We are certainly planning to come back when we visit this part of Europe again.

Beautifully restored villa with exclusive feel, right on the banks of the river Neisse. We loved the tastefully furnished rooms and the attentive staff. The restaurant has a great choice of luxury wines. The menu, especially the breakfast, very pleasing.

Great hotel restaurant close to the A4. We used to say here on our way to Krakow. Reasonably priced, great cuisine and good service. Breakfast is great with selection of hot dishes prepared fresh by the chef. Highly recommended. Hotel rooms were Hughes (deluxe suite) for reasonable 110 euros including breakfast during the week
